Outer Cape Health Services (OCHS) is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of residents and visitors in the outermost towns of Cape Cod. Established in 1987 through the merger of Health Associates of Provincetown and the AIM Medical Center in Wellfleet, OCHS has a rich history that dates back to 1966. Today, it serves over 18,000 patients annually as a comprehensive provider of primary health care and supportive social services. Operating as a Patient-Centered Medical Home, OCHS adheres to the highest standards of medical care, ensuring timely access to services and efficient use of resources. The organization prides itself on being accessible to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay, embodying a commitment to health equity and community care. Governed by a Board of Directors composed of local residents—many of whom are also patients—OCHS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization deeply rooted in the Cape Cod community.
